About our owner
The president of Fahl Homes is Brad Goeglein. He has been in the industry over two decades. Brad is a graduate of Ball State University, married to a teacher, and is a father of two.
We finance our homes with FHA, USDA, VA and conventional type financing. We have added an onsite service department and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We are the number one sales location in Warsaw, Indiana. While other sales centers have left, we continue to grow as a successful business.
