• Start by figuring out your complete project budget—whether it’s the total mortgage amount or your desired monthly payment. You’ll have 2 costs that will make up your total budget. 

1. Home - We’ll give you the quote of home to Include delivery and assembly. 
2. Site work - We’ll give you an upfront estimate, so you know exactly what to expect.

As your One-Stop Shop, we can handle it all:

• Foundation and crawlspace or basement
• Utilities (water, sewer/septic, electric)
• Driveways, sidewalks, porches, stoops
• Garages and more
• We can remove old homes and foundations to make room for your new home.

We’ll help you pick the perfect floor plan and layout to fit your lifestyle and your property.

• We will help you select your colors, finishes, and home features you'd like in the home.
• Then we enter into an agreement 📝and place your home order which will lock in the current home pricing. 🔓

• We work with trusted lenders who specialize in modular and manufactured homes to help you secure a construction loan that covers your entire project from start to finish—or you’re welcome to use your own lender.
• 🏁 Once your loan is finalized, this is when your Build Time starts.

• We’ll order your home and begin applying for permits, and once the permits are complete, you’ll be paired with your personal project manager who will oversee the entire process—from breaking ground to move-in day.
