About our owner
The president of Fahl Homes is Brad Goeglein. He has been in the industry over two decades. Brad is a graduate of Ball State University, married to a teacher, and is a father of two.
We finance our homes with FHA, USDA, VA and conventional type financing. We have added an onsite service department and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We are the number one sales location in Warsaw, Indiana. While other sales centers have left, we continue to grow as a successful business.
About our homes
Modular or manufactured homes are factory built inside of large climate controlled facilities. Each modular home is built to the same standards as a standard stick-built home, but modular homes are not exposed to things such as rain and wind during the building process. This means that the internal walls and structure of a modular home are often stronger and less prone to deterioration than stick built homes.
You can create the perfect home by choosing a one from Fahl Homes. We have many floorplans for you to choose from, and each floorplan has several custom modifications that can be added. Each of our homes comes with a seven year warranty!
