These sections are built to state code of the area the home will be. Modulars are built to the same code as Site Built Homes.

All manufactured homes are built to the Manufactured Home Construction of HUD Code. Manufactured homes are transported in one or more sections on a permanent chassis. Sectionals and Single Section are manufactured homes.
