Before the home can be placed, your land needs to be prepared.
As your One-Stop Shop, we can handle it all:

• Foundation and crawlspace or basement
• Utilities (water, sewer/septic, electric)
• Driveways, sidewalks, porches, stoops
• Garages and more
• We can remove old homes and foundations to make room for your new home.

• Figure out your complete project budget. What's the full amount you want to mortgage or what you want monthly payment to be. 
• Then we will subtract the estimated site work costs — that’s the target price range for the home itself.

We’ll help you pick the perfect floor plan and layout to fit your lifestyle and your property.

Start dreaming! Make a list of your must-haves and wish list features.

• We will help you select your colors, finishes, and home features you'd like in the home.
• Then we enter into an agreement and place your home order.
• This will lock in the current home pricing.

• We work with trusted lenders who know modular and manufactured homes, or you’re welcome to use your own lender.
• They’ll help you secure a construction loan to cover your project from start to finish.
• Once your loan is finalized, this is when your Build Time starts.

• We’ll order your home and start applying for permits.
• When permits are complete, you’ll be paired with your personal project manager, who will oversee the entire process—from breaking ground to move-in day.
